Blackadder approached AlphaQuad with a need to create a whole new brand, design four new websites, and provide ongoing website optimisation and digital marketing services for all the Blackadder Group care homes.
Our creative team worked closely with the client to establish the desired identity for the new branding. The brand itself needed to evoke a friendly, supportive, caring feel, as well as being clean, modern and professional. It also has to adapt well, as it needed to be applied to multiple care homes whilst still giving each home a unique identity.
The fully responsive websites would fit into the style of the new branding, with an aspirational, credible and professional feel. We created a clear and concise user journey throughout the sites, whilst introducing additional functions and rich content that were previously unavailable to their visitors. We ensured that the sites were user friendly, accessible and engaging, with clear and concise calls to action. The clear aim for the project was to drive higher traffic volume to the websites and increase the overall number of website conversions.
