Creating an effective lead generation tool for Baxi Installers

Baxi's Find an Installer (FAI) facility was originally launched five years ago. AlphaQuad were brought in to increase the volume and improve the quality of online leads coming through the tool, as well as enhancing the user experience across devices.


A number of key improvements were made as part of this project.

  • Following homeowner research, we improved the online journey by refining the process and providing customers with valuable information
  • We introduced automation features to improve service levels and efficiency
  • We increased the level of digital communication support for the tool, including trigger emails and intergation with other online platforms controlled by the brand, such as their installer loyalty scheme

Ongoing support

To ensure the FAI tool continues to provide a good quality of lead for the business, we are continually working to update and improve the facility.

The Baxi Approved Installers scheme was recently introduced to raise installer credibility and enhance the quality of information avaialble to homeowners.

Future changes will provide even greater transparency to customers and incentivise the process to further increase lead generation.

The results

Improvements made to the FAI facility resulted in a 40% increase in the number of people using the tool, a  112% increase in the number of installer impressions, and a 9.5% increase in leads generated online.
