One of the marketing strategies for the Club Care Insurance website was to increase the amount of related but useful content on the site. In order to achieve this, AlphaQuad had a meeting with Club Care to identify some of the processes that customers would go through when making a claim, and how the site could make this easier.

We decided that a dedicated caravan repairer database would be a useful addition to the website. In all claims cases, the customer is required to provide three quotes for repairing the damage done to their caravan, so the new Find a Repairer tool would provide a one-stop-shop to finding local repairers in their area that could provide a quote.

For users the tool had to be easy to use and show the distance from their location (so if they found themselves in trouble on holiday, they didn’t need any local knowledge in order to be able to use the tool), and for Club Care it needed to be easy to update as a database of contact details is likely to change on a regular basis.

The system was implemented within their existing CMS, with the functionality to add and edit new repairers as and when they needed to, so the clients remained in full control of the data that appears on the site.
