Driving higher traffic volume and increase conversions

Embrace are one of the UK’s leading independent providers of health and social care, continually working to provide support for a range of vulnerable people including the elderly, people with mental health problems or learning disabilities and those who have suffered debilitating injuries. 

Previously known as The European Care Group, the organisation recently took the decision to embark on a total rebrand in order to be more relevant to their target market. 

Embrace approached us to discuss the build of a new website that would wholly reflect their new brand whilst introducing additional functions that were previously unavailable to their users. Embrace’s clear aim for the project was to drive higher traffic volume to their website and increase the overall number of website conversions. 



Our creative team worked closely with Embrace’s branding agency to identify the objectives for the new website and adapt the agency’s proposed designs to work on the web, as well as creating a clear and concise user journey through the site.

Once the visual side of the site was agreed, the designs were applied to the chosen Content Management System. Following this, we began migrating their existing content and other elements of the old website to the new, paying close attention to the implementation of redirects, domain names and other SEO factors to ensure a smooth transitions from the old site to the new.  



The result

The organisation has seen a significant rise in both the overall traffic to the site and number of returning visitors, as well as the amount of pageviews received comparing year on year.

The implementation of a bespoke online job application and service location finder system have been key to the usability of the new website.

Moving forwards, we will continue to work with Embrace on their search engine marketing programme in order to further increase the performance of the site in the future.
