We’re an award-winning, growing creative marketing agency, based in Warwickshire. We work with a great mix of clients, from corporate clients to start up businesses, and are continuing to win exciting accounts and projects that inspire our teams.

With an exciting mix of clients and projects, and a talented team in place, we need the help of an enthusiastic, creative Account Manager to strengthen our client servicing offering as an agency.


Who we’re looking for

You’ll be a commercially minded, creative-thinking Account Manager who is highly organised and has a thorough understanding of processes.

You’ll be dedicated to thinking of innovative solutions and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You’ll be experienced in leading large projects like complex web builds, digital strategy, SEO and PPC campaigns.

Being a great communicator is crucial, as you’ll be expected to liaise daily with different departments within the agency, and work closely with designers and developers. Understanding UI/UX is expected, along with an appreciation for print design processes. It’s also advantageous for you to understand CMS systems.

Summary of key responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with clients based on trust and credibility
  • Being forward thinking selling in new ideas that create great results for our clients
  • Project managing the delivery of small and large jobs within the agency, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Identifying resourcing requirements
  • Financial forecasting and accurately quoting projects and tasks
  • Financial administrative duties such as billing and invoicing
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and techniques and communicating these internally and externally

Generous holiday allowance: You’ll get a standard holiday allowance of 22 days per year, plus we’ll give you an extended Christmas break when we lock up the office for the festive period on Christmas Eve and return in the new year (which won’t come out of your standard allowance). You’ll also get an extra day’s holiday for each year you work at AlphaQuad (up to five years).

Workplace pension: We’ll be introducing workplace pensions in 2017.

Flexible working hours: Change your working hours to suit you. If you work better after an extra hour in bed, or if you want to do the school run before coming to work, then that’s fine by us.

Work from home days: If you need to work from home every now and then, then go for it.

Socials: Our teams work hard, and we want to reward this. So, we run social events in working hours. Also, if you want to have an extended lunch break to go out with your team, that’s fine.
