The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary, excellent prospects and a career at one of the best Creative Marketing Agencies in the Midlands. We’ve been growing steadily over the past eighteen years, due to our expanding range of products and services, and our superb client care.
The thing that makes us successful is our team of people, so we make sure we reward our staff for the hard work they put in. As well as being a great place to work, you’ll also benefit from the following:
Career Development: We’re a company where your opinion counts and where you will be valued and respected. It is important to us that you are able to develop skills and enhance your career in a supportive environment. We feel that it is only fair that existing staff always get considered for promotion before external appointments. You’ll find that we are every bit as ambitious as you and can help you fulfil your ambitions.
Professional development: We’ll support you in your own learning, helping you to develop your expertise in digital design. Everybody at AlphaQuad has their own Individual training plan, as well as a personal budget for attending conferences.
Devices: A MacBook is yours on arrival
Generous holiday allowance: You’ll get a standard holiday allowance of 22 days per year, plus we’ll give you an extended Christmas break when we lock up the office for the festive period on Christmas Eve and return in the new year (which won’t come out of your standard allowance). You’ll also get an extra day’s holiday for each year you work at AlphaQuad (up to five years).
Workplace pension: We’ll be introducing workplace pensions in 2017.
Flexible working hours: Change your working hours to suit you. If you work better after an extra hour in bed, or if you want to do the school run before coming to work, then that’s fine by us.
Work from home days: If you need to work from home every now and then, then go for it.
Socials: Our teams work hard, and we want to reward this. So, we run social events in working hours. Also, if you want to have an extended lunch break to go out with your team, that’s fine.
Picturesque and rural location: We’re in the sticks! Which means a driving license and access to a car is essential.
Food and drink: Help yourself to free fruit and snacks, soft drinks and real machine coffee.
Family friendly: Childcare vouchers for the mums and dads amongst us and the freedom to worry about your kids ahead of work.
If this sounds like the perfect job for you, we’d love to hear from you. We get lots of applications, so why not make sure your covering letter and CV stands out from the crowd!
