ClubCare Insurance convert over 35%

We utilised CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to increase the audience conversion rate of the ClubCare Insurance website to over 35%.

The project

ClubCare Insurance are the official insurance provider for the Camping and Caravanning Club; they offer expert advice and a wide range of insurance policies to holidaymakers across the UK. Their goal was to increase the effectiveness of the website and overall ROI of marketing campaigns.

We started with a website redesign, focusing not just on painting a pretty picture, but crafting a great user experience for their audience, encouraging them to use the site more effectively.

The result

After launching the redesigned site and seeing significant improvements, we continued to work on the site with them, refining and optimising every aspect of the user journey until we were sure that their users were getting the best possible experience and with that, the conversion rate increased.
