Taylex Displays Digital Marketing Strategy with SharpSpring Marketing Automation

Taylex Displays, Halesowens leading exhibition and displays agency, approached AlphaQuad with the need to improve their existing website and branding materials, streamline their overall marketing strategy and enhance their digital presence.

The project

Website Redevelopment

AlphaQuad began redevelopment of the Taylex Displays website by working on design and performance within their existing setup. We made changes to the existing theme to create a user-friendly website with improved performance.

Marketing Automation

In order to create a seamless marketing strategy, we gathered Taylex’s existing contacts and segmented them into sector-specific lists using SharpSpring. Segmentation has allowed us to tailor emails of interest to contacts in specific industries. Segmentation has also allowed us to automate emails that include downloads, brochures, newsletters, event offers and exhibition news.

Integrated with the Taylex Displays website, SharpSpring granted us the opportunity to enhance performance reporting and the collection of data through forms. A number of SharpSpring forms were implemented across the Taylex Displays website in place of contact forms, quote tools and complimentary downloads. The sales team are notified of any form submissions through Sharpspring and contact details are immediately assigned to a suitable list. 

SharpSpring also allowed us to automated social media posts and campaigns to encourage engagement. SharpSpring was a very effective and powerful marketing automation tool for Taylex and continues to play a significant part in Taylex Displays’ marketing strategy.

Website Development

AlphaQuad developed the Taylex Displays website following the completion of initial improvements. We added a media section that displays Taylex’s Instagram and Youtube feeds, encouraging audiences to connect via social media. To enhance the customer experience, our developers built and implemented a bespoke quote tool for those interested in working with Taylex Displays on an upcoming exhibition or project.

The results

Since starting work with Taylex in 2018, we achieved the following results –

  • Increase in organic website traffic 209.74%
  • Increase in social media traffic 160.00%
  • Increase in email traffic 140.00%
