Social Media Strategy to build engagement and increase followers

As the authoritative voice of the global LPG industry representing the full LPG value chain, the World LPG Association (WLPGA) asked us to support them with their social media strategy.

The project

AlphaQuad has worked together with WLPGA to develop their social media strategy. We conducted an audit of all social media platforms and worked with WLPGA to set targets for follower growth and increased engagement.

In-depth monthly reporting has enabled AlphaQuad to give insight into WLPGA’s follower segmentation and to identify the types of content that these followers are engaging with the most. As we always strive to increase results even further, we have devised a plan to attract a wider engaged following, using various techniques such as influencer marketing and outreach strategy

The results

Over a four month period, WLPGA saw a 76% increase in average engagement rate on Twitter, a 55% increase in Instagram followers and 101% increase in average website traffic coming from social media channels.
