Welsh Bikers for Suicide Prevention website
In 2025, we were approached by WBSP, who are a fairly new charity, to provide a simple but effective website to help raise awareness of their activities and give a point of contact for anyone who needed it.
Built for growth
WBSP currently have a tight regional focus but wanted to make sure that the site had scope to expand along with their aspirations to grow and spread. The WordPress platform and the modular page builder that we chose will allow them to do that without having to knock things down and start again. The navigation and page layout will grow with them without incurring high costs. Everyday page updates and additions can be done in-house with a little training.
Design to reflect the community
The charity had a strong idea of how they wanted the site to look, which reflected the community they serve and are a part of. Implementation was quite straightforward, and the result is a memorable site that represents them well.
Information hub
The main page provides all the details that a visitor would need to know about the charity, as well as ways to get in touch or make a donation. Links to WBSP’s social presences provide access to event information and news. The page also signposts various crisis services for people who are in immediate need.
Outcomes
WBSP now have their own presence on the web, rather than relying on social media platforms. This helps with findability and credibility for all of their target audiences. The platform will serve them well into the future as they expand.
The site has received enquiries both from people looking for help from the charity as well as those who are interested in helping them expand into other areas.
